Shipping Fees: Items ordered do not include shipping fees, unless specifically stated. A flat rate charge is posted for flocking products, at the bottom of the page.
The total for items ordered will show on email confirmation at the time of order. Shipping and handling fees will not show on your internet order. Our shipping fees are calculated on the best rate for our customers. Aero has discounts with many shipping companies. Estimated shipping grids will be shown for some items. Deposits: If order type /includes a deposit, the full amount due will show on the email confirmation, but only the deposit will be processed. For deposits, a receipt of charges will be mailed to customer.
Order Terms: Regular Pricing, is as stated, subject to change without notice .Corrections of errors & ommisions are agreed to by buyer.
Sale: Reduced pricing, subject to availability and time deadlines, if stated.
Clearance: Items substantially reduced in price. Sold 'as is', cannot be returned for refund.

Checks: We accept the old standard personal check, upon which we will put a 10 day hold to allow time to clear, prior to shipping items. All returned checks are subject to a minimum $40 fee, plus bank fees.
Canada Orders: We only charge and/or quote the US shipping fees. Small orders ship easily via USPS or United States Post Office. Larger orders will require a broker for UPS, FEDEX and truck shipments. Not included are any additional VAT, custom fees, etc. in Aero's shipping fee charges. Canadian VAT & custom fees cannot be determined in US, and due before goods are delivered. If goods are refused for delivery in Canada, all shipping fees charged by Aero for shipment and return, will be due and payable by the customer, plus a min $ 25 return order fee.

If the order is a RUSH order, which includes "Same Day as Order Service", make sure it is noted in the comment box & it is best to call since orders are checked in the AM. A minimum of fee of $8 for an order less than $50, and a $12 fee for $50 or more. If you have missed our scheduled pick up time, a $15-$25 fee for goods which must be physically driven to the shipping facility, depending upon the distance.We will try and accommodate all requests, if possible. Shipping Exceptions: The following products may require longer order lead times: Maximus Goose blinds and other items that are custom made, including DropZone Decoys at time. DropZone Elite Decoys orders are processed on a first come basis. Due to being a custom item, Aero can be backlogged in production up to 3+ weeks. Therefore please order early, because this is a specialty item and not massed produced.
USA made versions of the Maximus Blinds are custom produced for most orders. Blinds which are not in stock will take 2-4 weeks to manufacture, depending upon the scheduling and how many blind orders are ahead of your order.
During the rush prior at the beginning of hunting season, we can become backlogged due to the quantity of orders being processed. We apologize in advance for any delays.
Items pre-ordered, which require shipped to Aero first, before they can be shipped to you.
Back orders. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible as to expected delivery; or on the shipping invoice for the other items which are currently in stock.
Items not in stock are posted as such on the internet, unless the stock was just depleted unexpectedly and has not been replenished as expected.
Address Info Needed:
Please provide the complete physical street address and phone at that location, cell phone for contact person and the name of the contact person. Additionally, the address for the credit card must be listed, if different, before the order can be processed for shipment.
Goods can not be shipped to any P.O. boxes, unless being shipped via USPS.
Please specify if the 'ship to' address is a business or a home.
A commercial address can not be located at your home, but must be at a commercial location which is determined by the shipping company, and not our company. The post office data base determines the status of the address, as to whether it is a home or commercial location. IF you receive home/residential mail at the location, then it is considered a home delivery no matter the location or all the activities registered at that address. Customers must make changes with the USPS to change from home to commercial delivery..
All products pricing do not included shipping and handling, unless specified otherwise.
All goods are shipped standard ground via DHL, Fed EX, UPS, USPS (US Post Office) or with various trucking for larger shipments.
The least expensive is to a true commercial address, in a commercial zone.
Shipping and handling fees are based on the item(s) weight, size of box, cost, shipping zone, delivery address and classification as to commercial or residential. A small handling fee will be added to each order.
Standard shipping is FEDEX, and USPS every 5-10 days for very small items.
Shipping companies charge extra for home delivery, rural delivery, rural delivery to commercial locations and fuel surcharges, along with some additional fees depending upon the circumstances and location.
If the shipping expense was greater than estimated ( the shipping companies web sites are not always timely or accurate) and Aero is invoiced for an amount greater than what the customer was charged, then Aero reserves the right to charge the customer for the additional expense.
Rural Fees, etc:
Shipping companies charge extra for rural delivery, residential fees and for businesses which are not in a close commercial zone. Home businesses are charged residential fees. The determination for these fees are done by the shipping companies and Aero can not adjust/change their automatic fees.
Shipping fees to Canada and other countries:
All shipping and handling fees are for shipping from the continental United States to Canada. Aero cannot estimate nor charge the fees/taxes imposed by another country. The customer will be liable for all fees and expenses imposed by their country, such as VAT taxes, customs, brokerage fees, etc. Additional paper work is required for customs, and a additonal fee of $8 will be applied to the US shipping expenses. Refused goods will have all the return shipping expenses charged to the customer.
Lost, undeliverable or refused shipments Should your order not arrive within it's approximate delivery time frame, please contact us.You must notify us within 10 days of the approximate delivery, and indicate the item and order number. We will not be held responsible for notifications after that time.
Orders to be delivered, but customer requests no signature. If you choose to have orders left without a signature, please leave a note for the shipper, and Aero will not be responsible for lost or missing item. All claims must be made to the shipping company, by the customer and not Aero.
Shipping Damage: Please inspect all goods before signing for them.
Shipping damage must be noted when goods are received on the shipping manifest. Claims must be submitted to the shipper promptly. Call the shipping company office for claim procedures and forms. Take pictures and get the delivery persons name. Once goods leave Aero, Aero is not longer responsible for the goods; the shipper is in control of the goods. Aero cannot solve shipping damages, but will provide contact numbers to the customer.
Undeliverable packages which require reshipment at the customer's request, are subject to a reshipment charge equivalent or up to the original shipping fees, unless the shipping company's fees exceed the original shipping fees.. This /includes refusal of a package, unclaimed packages, or misinformation on the part of the customer. Should we be unable to reach the customer for resolution, a 30% restock charge will apply and store credit will be issued for the balance (good for one year from the date of the original order). Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but occasionally due to an unintentional human error, an item will need to be replaced. If the wrong item was shipped or if there was a manufacturing defect which was determined to be under warrantee, the situation will be corrected and products returned to you freight prepaid, but not via express shipments. Refer to the 'return goods policy' below for further information.
Return Goods: Shipping Instructions.No matter the reason, the below steps must be taken.
Call Aero Outdoors Office to receive a RGA (returned goods authorized) number:
All the following terms must be met on returns.
(1)RGA Number must be on the outside of the box and
(2) enclosed copy of the invoice o packing slip along with the reason for the return.
(3) Items with out the RGA # on the outside or shipped collect will be refused.
Please use original packing or a strong corrugated carton. Pack with care and tape securely.
Goods returned damaged, for any reason, will not be credited unless under warrantee.
Insure the goods for their value.
Goods damaged from the return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer/shipper to submit the claim for damages.
All goods must be returned or shipped to Aero prepaid. Sorry, no 'COD's' are allowed. Ship only 'standard' or 'ground'(no forms of express shipping) at USPS or at the terminals for FedEx UPS, and DHL.No additional fees will be paid by Aero above their standard fees, including pickup fees.
Do not use any express shipping methods for returned items, or Saturday deliveries.
Large items which required original shipping via truck will need Aero's assistance to help with shipping discounts. However the fees will be charged to the customer and refunded only if qualified under warrantee and returned in less than 90 days from original shipment.
All returned goods must comply with our specific shipping instructions, to qualify for Aero's shipping discounts for warranty.
If you do not follow Aero's shipping instructions, customer will have to pay the difference between the most economical method Aero would have suggested, and the amount customer choose.
If under warrantee, Aero will only refund or pay for the shipping/freight rates we have in place.
Shipping methods: Aero will never reimburses fees over what Aero's fee would be to ship standard ground via small package (UPS, DHL, FedEx or USPS standard fees). Ship from small package terminals only or USPS , and not via methods or places which may charge extra fees, such as independently owned small package shipping centers.
Note: Special custom or altered items are exempt from returns, along with Maximus blinds and some other products. If the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy for any reason, a letter will be mailed stating the reason. If not in new condition, a deduction will be made from the refund for the repair. If the item is to be returned to the customer, then it will be at their expense, unless under full warrantee which meets all terms and conditions.
Product Guarantee-14 day 'No Hassle"**Your Satisfaction is our goal. We have a "No hassle return policy," if returned 14 days after shipment date. Your satisfaction is guaranteed ...period during this period. We stand solidly behind every item we sell. Just return the the product in a 'new' or 'unused and re-sellable condition', in original packaging and with all parts within 14 days, and you will receive a full refund, less any shipping charges. "No hassle return policy" procedure: To original purchaser only & applied to Credit Card originally charged.
Just write "14 day No Hassle Return' clearly on the outside of the box along with RGA number.
Please make sure you follow the Shipping Instructions, listed above.
**Special Value, clearance, custom ordered goods, "AS is" Goods, etc are FINAL sales and ar not returnable.
After the 14 days please refer to the 'Returned Goods Policy' below. Goods returned not within the 14 days or without an RGA number marked on the front of the box will be refused.
Exchange of Goods:
We will be happy to exchange any merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase for a credit equal to the price of the goods, less any shipping. Goods must be in new/re-saleable condition in original packaging with all pieces/parts. Goods may not be exchanged after 90 days from purchase.
After 15 days and from September to December a $ 7.00 S & H fee is charged.
The rest of the months a $10.00 for processing the returned lot of goods which qualify for as 100% return. Fees may apply for repair or re-packaging for sale again. Heavier items and larger items may incur additional fees. Boxes have to be in re-saleable condition also.
Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
The amount of the returned goods to be applies to the new goods, will be determined after the returned goods are received.

Our company is pleased to provide full refund for all merchandise returned within 30 days from shipping, if 'New" condition and in the original packaging will all parts and pieces as originally shipped, less any S & H.

Restocking charge may apply to all custom goods. All used goods will be subject to charge.
Credits: Balance of a determined credit will be placed on account, to be used towards purchase of other goods from Aero. Credits expire after 1 year.
All goods paid for via check, must wait a 4 weeks before refund will be given to ensure the check was valid.
WarrantyRetail goods sold to the final user.
Aero warranties goods sold to the original purchaser, from manufacturing defects for 90 days from date of shipment. Some items may have warranty period of up to 1 year from shipment date, to the original purchaser on record. Aero wants to solve any issues quickly to the customers satisfaction.
Warranty apply only to defects in the original production or manufacture of the item. Warrantees do not apply to misuse, normal wear and tear, alteration or items not returned with all parts (unless defect caused the loss). If the item is determined to be under warrantee, full credit will be given if all conditions must be meet, with freight allowance (standard shipping (least expensive) only in original box or same sized box). Aero reserved the right to deny warrantee designation, deduct for missing parts and damage which are not part of the warrantee or defect of the item.
Call the office for a RGA (A Returned Goods Authorization) number from Aero Outdoors. An RGA number does not automatically render the item as under warranty, but is an authorization for the item to be returned for inspection by Aero.
Pre-pay shipping per instructions and terms above. Must comply will all return shipping instructions as stated in the policies. No shipping cost will be will be paid above what would have been Aero's expense to ship, less any handling fees. If the item is under the 90 day warranty period and meets all conditions as stated in the policies, and the item is determined to be under full warrantee, then Aero will pay for the return shipping expense plus the expense to return the item for warrantee (as stated above.)
The RGA number must be on the outside of the box before the shipping department will accept the returned item. Items without the RGA number will be refused.
Include a copy of original purchase receipt along with the name, address and contact information such as phone numbers and email to be used for communication. Also the returned item must have a note stating the problem or the reason for the perceived warrantee.
Only the amount of the item is eligible, if returned over 90 days for shipment date.
If returned after 90 days from purchase, the amount due to the customer will be considered a credit towards future purchases.
IF returned within the 90 day period complete in the original packaging with all parts and the item has been determined to be under full warrantee, then all refunds will be made to original purchaser only as a credit towards future purchases or returned via the original method of payment or via company check if paid via cash.
Any credits given via credit card will only be made only to the credit card used for the purchase.
Clearance Items: Items sold as is, with no extended warranty or returns/exchanges. Known defects are stated.
Return Fees/Cancellation of Orders- For original purchasers.All refunds will be made to the original purchaser and via his original method of payment.
Returned within 14 days of order shipment (counting the shipment day as day one)and in NEW/unused condition with original packaging/box and all parts in working order, less all shipping and handling, the full amount of the purchased item will be refunded with NO additional return fees.
Returned goods after the 14 day from shipping, but less than 90 days.
Credit for the goods, less any S & H may be placed on 'account' to use towards future purchases.
Custom manufactured items will be subject to a restocking fee of a minimum of 20 % if in like new condition. 25% for box damage/ and misc?. 30-40 % for used and repairable.
Special orders can not be returned with out management signature. However if an order is approved for return by management signature, a higher restocking fee will apply of at least 25+ %.
A fee will be deducted from the returned goods amount, for processing fees charged by the credit card company (4%) for the charge and return too, plus a $ 7 fee for charging and crediting your account.
Orders cancelled before shipment. Fees will be charged depending upon status of order.
If the order has not been charged, there will be no fees.
If the order has started the processing sequence and has been charged to a credit card or check has been deposited, then there will be fees. A $15 fee or 10% (cost of goods), which ever is larger, for from the returned goods amount will be deducted for as a cancellation fee for an order which has been processed and invoiced. If a credit card was charged, there will be an additional fee to offset the credit card processing fee Aero is charged of 5% for charging and crediting your account. Further, if shipping labels have been processed and packaging is ready for shipment, then there will be another $15 fee, or 10% (cost of goods) to offset this expense.
RepairsAll repair work will be quoted in advance of the work, and must be paid in advance by the customer. A job quote will be given to be approved of by the customer before the work is done. Please call first before sending/shipping your goods for repair, because quite often problems can be solved over the phone. For repairs, the customer is responsible for shipping fees both directions unless goods are determined to be under warrantee. All items must be picked up within 2 weeks from notification. After 30 day goods re considered abandoned, and become property of Aero, to dispose of as they choose. All items left with Aero will remain the property of the owner, until it becomes abandoned. Owners shall insure the goods, and not hold Aero liability for any damage or loss, due to any cause, including negligence.
